The FBI announces the arrest of Ten Most Wanted fugitive Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre, who is accused of developing malware and helping lead a transnational ATM jackpotting conspiracy targeting US financial institutions.

Investigators say approximately $61 million was taken from American banks since 2021, with an alleged share of the proceeds supporting Tren de Aragua. Aguirre was captured at sea with assistance from the US Coast Guard and is facing federal charges in Nebraska.
